I've always been passionate about perfecting my technique and unlocking new potential in my lifts. Some time ago I decided to add some mobility specified workouts to my routine.

This program focuses on enhancing the flexibility and stability required for overhead movements, such as the overhead presses, snatches, etc. But personally I was primary focused on improving overhead squat, because you need to stay under pressure for a pretty big amount of time doing 8-10 reps each set, compared to snatch, close to max weight, when you do 1 rep per set.

Throughout the program, I found myself challenged in new ways. The dynamic stretching and mobility drills have significantly improved my shoulder and thoracic spine mobility, enabling me to achieve more solid positions during my lifts. Moreover, the incorporation of stability exercises has given me newfound confidence when handling heavier loads overhead.

If you want to enhance your lifting experience and reduce the risk of injuries, I highly recommend trying this program.

Awesome mobility program

Don't underestimate this program. Even the first day of the program felt like heavy workout despite no heavy load. I felt sore for few days after first sesh. lol But after completing the program, my catch in snatch and jerk had improved and stabilised. Awesome program!
